Five newly renovated guest rooms have been beautifully furnished
and decorated for your pleasure and comfort. All rooms
have Vermont Casting fireplaces.
Four rooms have dual person pedestal soaking tubs.
Each room has a small refrigerator stocked with complimentary, bottled water and soda. Each guest has a choice of complimentary beer, wine, or sparkling cider. There is also a snack basket and fresh fruit is available. They also have two bathrobes, air conditioning, color cable TV, DVD, (bring your own DVD or choose one from our collection) radio/cassette/CD players, hair dryers and access to house phones and fax.

THE DRAWING ROOM  First floor elegance. Queen size bed, a dual person pedestal soaking tub, fireplace and private bathroom. There is also access to a separate shower located in a bathroom near your room. This is the only bedroom on the first floor. It is in a wing by itself with an entrance to the back yard. It is very private and perfect for anyone who needs first floor accommodations. $185 per evening weekends in season and holidays. Off season weekends $155 per evening. THE BACKROOM Comfortable elegance and charm. Large room with a dual person pedestal soaking tub, fireplace, private bathroom, queen size bed and twin size pull out sleeper chair. $195 per evening weekends in season and holidays. THE MIDDLE ROOM Victorian romance. Queen size bed, very romantic. A small room, but our most quaint. Perfect for the single traveler or the traveler on a budget. This room has a fireplace and private detached bath right out side the bedroom door with a standard tub and shower. This room does not have a refrigerator, your beverages are kept cold in our main refrigerator in the kitchen. $155 per evening weekends in season and holidays. Off season weekends, $135 per evening. THE FRONT ROOM Rustic charm. A cozy, comfortable, romantic and delightful room. Queen size sleigh bed, dual person pedestal soaking tub, fireplace, a private bath with shower. $185 per evening weekends in season and holidays. Off season weekends, $155 per evening. THE ANGEL LOFT Your very own Nirvana. Large, spacious, private, comfortable, romantic and very secluded. King size bed, dual person pedestal soaking tub, fireplace, private bath with shower. The Loft stairwell is steeper and narrower then normal but well worth the climb. This room is not suitable for individuals who have difficulty with narrow steep stairs or are taller then six feet eight inches. $195 per evening weekends in season and holidays. Rates
There is a two evening minimum on weekends and a three evening minimum on all holiday weekends.
In Season Weekends May 1 thru November 11
Rates are $155 - $195
Friday and Saturday, Saturday and Sunday with a Saturday evening stay.
Off Season Weekends November 11 thru April 30
Rates are $135 - $165 per evening.

Mid Week Sunday thru Thursday $125-$145 per evening

LONG TERM STAYS
LONG TERM STAYS: For stays of a month or longer the rate is $300 - $400 per week based on single occupancy. November 11 thru April 30. May 1 through November 11 the rate is $500 - $700 per week based on single occupancy. An additional charge of $100 per week will be charged for double occupancy. This includes full kitchen privileges, washer/dryer.
Breakfast is not included.
Children 10 and under stay for free.
Rates are based on double occupancy.
There is a $25 fee per evening for an additional person in the room.
Rates do not include a 12% room use tax and are subject to change.
Gift certificates are available. Reservations are recommended.
Rates and policies are subject to change. If rates and policies have changed,
we will let you know when you place a reservation.
We regret having to implement this rule but red wine is not allowed do to previous guests spilling causing damage to our linens, walls, furniture and carpeting. There will be a fee charged for damage do to red wine.
CANCELLATION RULES: IF YOU MUST CANCEL
YOUR RESERVATION, PLEASE NOTIFY US FOURTEEN DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR
ARRIVAL DATE.
HOLIDAYS ON BOTH WEEKENDS AND DURING THE WEEK AND SPECIAL
EVENTS REQUIRE A THREE WEEK CANCELLATION NOTICE.
IF YOU HAVE RESERVED THE ENTIRE INN A FORTY- FIVE DAY NOTICE IS REQUIRED
FOR HOLIDAYS ON BOTH WEEKENDS AND WEEK DAYS AND SPECIAL EVENTS.
A THIRTY
DAY NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR ANY OTHER TIME. IF WE CAN NOT FILL YOUR VACANCY YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE
TOTAL AMOUNT OF TIME YOU RESERVED AND AN ADDITIONAL $ 25.00 SERVICE FEE
PER ROOM IS CHARGED.
THERE ARE NO CREDITS FOR LATE CHECK IN OR EARLY CHECK OUT.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR INCLEMENT WEATHER DURING THE WINTER SEASON. YOU CAN RESCHEDULE YOUR STAY WITH US FOR ANOTHER TIME WHEN WE HAVE A VACANCY.
ALL MASSAGE THERAPY AND WELLNESS SESSIONS ARE SUBJECT TO OUR CANCELLATION POLICIES.
